They say that getting started at something is always the most difficult.  I really wish it were otherwise, though!  In this case, I think I've got a somewhat firm handle (read: not at all!) on what I need to do to get this site rolled out.  I've taken the first few steps... now I just need to take it to the next level.

I'm still hoping to do the official roll-out sometime next week.  Let's hope that I can make it!
