Hello all. We recently switched from Remdy 6 to 7. Anyone else go through this recently?

Hi ...

Sorry no one has responded sooner. Yes, many of the people using this website have survived and you will too. Change is good, we all love it. Sometimes it even gets imposed on those of us that usually impose Change on others.

Welcome ..

Susan

It's an interesting transition.. there are some key differences mostly around a built in 'best practices' approach to the intuitiveness of the out of box apps. Yes, we went through it. It takes a little time to get comfortable with it, but it's a much more robust set of applications. Now, we're looking for a Service Catalog front end for our system. All in all, you'll see the benefits once you get used to it.

You must be a BMC employee. That's the best thing I can say about Remedy7 is that we "Survived", as in no one has been injured.
