Hello all, first... i'm happy to have found a forum for remedy user/administrator...

our Corp just implimented BMC Remedy User 7.0.01

Not sure if my case can be done... but here is what i'm trying to achieve:
(p.s. sorry for the typo in advance)
I'm one of the few in charge of coordinating New Hire and need to generate about 5 task per ticket to assign to different group (unix admin, windows admin, facility... etc)

The problem is that i tried to record a macro while completing the multiple tast... but it did not capture the "add tack" components. I also wish to generate tast within a existing ticket without having to open one.

Is it possible?
