hey guys, im a Network Management System Admin for a GSM/WiMax telecom company in Jamaica, Digicel. My team here is a team of 5 and im the primary lead on all Remedy related developments and Projects. Im not sure how big this community is here on remedyusergroups but I'm taking the time out to introduce myself and hope that i will learn and also assist with any AR System issue. Thanks for giving me this avenue and I'm looking forward to a good experience.
