You can use this plug-in to integrate Remedy Users with Active Directory / Domain and enable Single Sign-On on Your Remedy User / Web Interface.

Pre-requisites:
Server Side:
- BMC Remedy Solution (5.x 6.x,7.x) installed on Windows Server (2K, 2K3);
- Mid-tier Installation on Microsoft IIS Web Server (5, 6);
- Solution Installed on a trusted Domain.
Client Side:
- .Net Framework 2.0

Functionalities:
- Multi Domain
- Single Sign-On both in Remedy User / Web Interface
- No need for client side installation
