Hello,

I am here in a quest to start programing with the Remedy API for .NET and need some beginners guidance. Teh group that runs Remedy is a PITA, slow and will not divulge any information so I have taken it upon myself to start developing the interfaces my group needs.

What information about my companies Remedy system do I need to be successful. Can I do this on my own?
