A buddy of mine came up with this little .bat file. It clears all the .arv and arf files, as well as the directories they're stored in. Much easier than doing it all manually!
Just same the code below as a .bat file (delremcache.bat for example):
Code:

echo on CD %APPDATA% cd "AR System"\Home del *.arv *.arf /s dir /s/b/aD | find /v "ARCmds" > deletelist for /F "tokens=1 delims=^" %%G in (deletelist) do rd "%%G" cd \
Good luck!

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had been able to fix this?

We are running 7.0.1 (patch 1) client.

I am receiving this error for 1 user (not an Admin). When I login to Remedy on his machine the report prints without any problems. If I use his account on my machine the report is fine. I have deleted all .arv & arf files and cached forms. I have also deleted and recreated his User record & I have reinstalled Remedy over the top of the current install. I have deleted the user specific files as well ie xxxxx_recent.srh.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Kathryn

We are on Version 7.0.01 patch 005. I reinstalled the application on one of the machines and works fine. The same solution doesnt work for other user. I have ensured that this user has a user DSN entry for the ODBC driver. Any clue what is the root cause for this problem and did u get any fix for this yet?
