Hi All,

Can you please let me know how to configure BMC Remedy ITSM7 service targets to address the following question? If a call is logged before 12 pm today then the call should be completed by end of business day today. If the call is logged after 12 pm then the call should be resolved before end of next business day? We tried customizing the SLM module by trying to calculate the due date values into a field in HPD helpdesk form and built the service targets as after making necessary changes in the slm configuration form whereas we are getting lot of issues due to the customizations. Hence I want to do away with the customization and am looking for alternate options like configuration etc. Please suggest.
