So I'm wondering what everyone thinks of ITSM v7. I don't like it. I think that Remedy is trying to take the development out of our hands and put it in the hands of their partners. It is more complicated than today's average user can comprehend. Creating a field on one form forces you to make the same change on God knows how many forms. Previous data is basically moot, as even the best import tools are cumbersome. The permissions are a nightmare.
It seems to be a complicated system simply for the sake of being complicated. Don't get me wrong; I can figure it out, as most of us can. But even BMC doesn't know how this system works. They didn't write it, and only the partners really have a firm grasp on the software.

even dont feel the need for such an complexity of ITSM in new version.
